Yes, we use high-quality, naturally derived ingredients that are carefully selected for their effectiveness and purity. Our formula is vegan, NSF GMP-registered facility, and free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.

Our formula contains no milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, or sesame. However, our some products do contain natural extracts such as cranberry, pineapple, and mushrooms (for more please refer to specific product page) — if you have allergies or sensitivities to these ingredients, please consult your doctor before use.

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.
Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover.
If you have a HerAuré account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.
HerAuré reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.

Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the HerAuré site.

Please note that Herauré is currently only available in the US and can only be shipped to US addresses!

- Once you place an order with Herauré, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your order.
- Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
- Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart.
- The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.
Shipping timelines indicated below do not include processing times for your order. For the most accurate delivery date estimates, please refer to the shipping timeline at checkout. We strive to ensure your order arrives as swiftly as possible and appreciate your patience as it makes its way to you.

If you haven't set up an account with us, you can still track your order status. Upon placing your order, you would have received an order confirmation email which includes the order number and link. HerAuré shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, while all shipping carriers are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your product.
If you receive a “delivered” message from our carrier but do not receive your package, please contact the carrier after you’ve checked the entire premises of your home.
If you are not able to track down your package through the carrier, please contect our Customer Service Team, we will try our best to help you solve the issue.
